Turning drum of rotary drum cooler can cool the material from 1,200℃ to below 200 ℃

Single cylinder rotary cooler is suitable for cooling clinker out from rotary kiln. Rotary drum cooler can rapidly cool clinker out from rotary kiln from 1000-1300 ℃ to 200 ℃), while absorb large amount thermal energy carrying by high-temperature materials, to preheat the temperature of combustion air to strengthen the calcinations and reduce heat consumption. Single cylinder rotary cooler is an important supplementary equipment of rotary kiln.

Advantage of single cylinder rotary cooler

1. Turning drum of rotary drum cooler drives the clinker (1000-1200℃) out from rotary kiln to exchange heat with air, so as to cool the material to below 200 ℃, while improving the quality and ease of wear of clinker. The air can increase efficiency of the kiln.
